Fast Track Work. By starting the construction in the early phases of design, and working together with the design professional, we limit the amount of time your workers will be displaced. This, in turn, gets you operating sooner. Fast Track scheduling is something we do on a regular basis.
Flexible Work Schedule. L.R. Costanzo will work around your schedule, allowing for minimal disruption of personnel. Whether 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, we will accommodate your needs by providing protection such as dust walls, barriers and/or noise reduction. Critical Path Scheduling. We create a critical path schedule for most projects. It is used as a management tool to control the pace and coordination of a job. Part of the master schedule includes recognition of your tasks, such as dates for furniture delivery, computer and phone hook-ups, carpeting and other owner-supplied items. Communication. By being in constant contact via telephone, e-mail, radios, and cell phones, L.R. Costanzo employees are able to save you time and money. Our bi-weekly/weekly meetings will keep you updated on budget, schedule, and construction issues. It is our intent to keep the owner abreast of all developments. |
