L. R. Costanzo Co., Inc.'s Industrial / Commercial Maintenance Division arose following the successful completion of various projects for our clients. Our program can incorporate activities such as work order requests, preventive maintenance checks, and quarterly inspections to name just a few. This Industrial Maintenance service includes work for General Building Trades, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Building Controls.

We can also coordinate your contractors and vendors for systems furniture installation, moving, snow removal and cleaning services. Whether we work with your Facilities Department or act alone as an independent Site Services Contractor, our personnel has been trained in all aspects of In-Plant Operations. This training includes; cGMP, General Gowning Procedures, Contamination Control, Work Order Procedures, Change Control, Fork Lift Training, Scaffolding Erection, OSHA Standards, First Aid / CPR, Lead Abatement Awareness, Respiratory Fit and other skill training by craft. In addition, on call emergency services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as required.
