Since 1980, Louis Costanzo has provided the vision, leadership, integrity and comprehensive knowledge of the industry to guide L.R. Costanzo into the tenth fastest growing construction company in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Currently, L.R. Costanzo is a thriving organization of 120 employees who are highly adept at organizing and completing work assignments with maximum efficiency. Louis Costanzo successfully introduced a team approach to business with a focus on continuous improvement, all organized around the needs of the client. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY at Buffalo and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Scranton. Within the community, Mr. Costanzo is the President of the Advisory Board at Holy Family Residence and is a Member of the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of NEPA.
