By starting construction in the early phases of design and working together with the design professional, we limit the amount of time your employees are displaced and restore you to full operation sooner. Fast track scheduling is something we do on a regular basis.

Flexible Work Schedule

We work around your schedule, allowing for minimal disruption of personnel. Whether first, second or third shift, we accommodate your needs and provide necessary protection, such as dust walls, barriers and/or noise reduction.

Critical Path Scheduling

This is used as a management tool to control the pace and coordination of your project. Part of the master schedule includes recognition of key tasks, like dates for furniture delivery, telephone, fax and data line installation, carpeting and other client-supplied items. We create a critical path schedule for all projects.

Communication

By remaining in constant contact via real-time, state-of-the-art computer and communication systems, the transfer of your project's information from field to office and back is immediate, saving you time and money. We also hold bi-weekly/weekly meetings to update you on budget, schedule and construction issues. Our goal is continually keep our clients abreast of all project developments.

Value Engineering

We provide value engineering services during the design and the implementation phase of your project. This includes providing alternate, yet comparable building systems and equipment selections; innovative construction techniques; review of building envelope systems for performance and cost effectiveness; and alternate interior finishes.
