L.R. Costanzo Company, headquartered in Scranton, is pleased to announce the following promotions and additions to its staff. These personnel changes are part of
L.R. Costanzo Company’s constant effort to provide its clients with improved service as a leading-edge commercial construction company.

Charles J. Breig, Jessup, PA, has been promoted to Senior Project Engineer. In addition to performing as the engineer for specific projects, Mr. Breig oversees the engineering department’s progress on critical project documentation, budgeting and scheduling. Mr. Breig has experience as a surveyor, CAD drafter and an estimator. He earned his Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from Penn State University and is ABET accredited. |

Kevin M. Coolican, Carbondale, PA, has been promoted to Assistant Project Manager. Mr. Coolican’s new responsibilities include monitoring and documenting project progress, as well as delegating the responsibilities of the project team. He possesses over twenty years of experience, including several years working directly in the field. In addition to his employment with L.R. Costanzo Company, Mr. Coolican has worked as a civil engineer for The Hillier Group and KBA Engineering. He received his Associates degree in Carpentry and Cabinet Making from Johnson College and his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Penn State University. |

James R. Wetzel, Scranton, PA, has been hired as Controller. Mr. Wetzel is responsible for directing the company’s accounting functions, as well as providing financial analysis and insight to executive management. Mr. Wetzel brings over nineteen years of experience from both commercial and industrial environments in the fields of general accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, operations and human resources. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Scranton. |

Kyle V. Newberry, Eynon, PA, has been hired as a Project Engineer. He collaborates with the project management team while working with subcontractors and aids in the development of bid packages and ongoing projects. Mr. Newberry facilitates communication with field personnel to address project concerns as they arise. He possesses field experience in residential construction. Mr. Newberry earned his Bachelors in Construction Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology, is OSHA-certified and working to complete his PMP Certification. |

John J. Tinner, Jr., Mountain Top, PA, has been hired as an Estimator, providing accurate and cost-effective solutions for clients’ construction projects. He possesses over nine years of experience in construction and infrastructure. Mr. Tinner was most recently employed by The Norwood Company as a Project Engineer and by CTSI, Inc as the Supervisor of Engineering and Construction. He earned his B.S in Civil and Construction Engineering from Temple University, and is OSHA certified. Mr. Tinner has won various awards for his masonry design. |

Lisa Lowe, Clarks Summit, PA, has been hired as Accounts Payable Administrator. Ms. Lowe maintains payment records and effectively communicates with vendors and subcontractors regarding their accounts. Ms. Lowe garnered five years of accounting and financial services experience in both accounts payable and receivable while working for Allied Services, First Liberty Bank and First National Community Bank. |
