Executive Personnel, who have been involved in the construction business for over 33 years, are responsible for the overall operation of L.R. Costanzo. As an owner, you always have direct access to our top management. Project Managers are assigned to each individual project. That means there is a manager always available to you. Project Managers are responsible for the overall coordination of the job and communicating with you on a regular basis. Project Engineers assist the Project Manager with administrative tasks associated with your project. This includes scheduling, submittals, managing subcontractors, purchasing, and ordering materials. Superintendents oversee the field coordination of construction work. They also supervise field personnel and coordinate with subcontractors. Superintendents have access to all computerized systems used at L.R. Costanzo, allowing them to access job information in real time. Estimators are equipped with the most up-to-date software programs to provide you accurate, quality estimates. Our full-time estimating department insures that Project Managers can dedicate more time to your project needs. Accounting Personnel process accounts receivable and accounts payable accurately and expeditiously to insure that error- free billing and payables are made in a timely manner to avoid delays in your project. |
