Aventis Pasteur - Meninge Façade and 2ndFloor Addition
Description: L.R. Costanzo completed this project at Aventis Pasteur for the owner’s new Meningitis facility. The new production area, originally imported from Europe, was comprised of fifty-two pre-fabricated trailers. L.R. Costanzo built a 2nd floor addition from structural steel to accommodate a conference room, office space and a break area. On the exterior, L.R. Costanzo installed brick, metal panels and dryvit for the building’s new façade and constructed a store front-style entrance complete with a canopy roof. New HVAC systems, windows and spandrel glass were also installed.

In order to prepare the area for operations, L.R. Costanzo installed a collection tank, process piping and controls to automate phenol supply and removal throughout the production area. Also, new loading dock equipment and overhead doors were installed.
