Description: L.R. Costanzo provided this international financial services company with a fulltenant fit-out for their new offices in the historical Woolworth Building located in downtownScranton. As the company's clients step off the elevator and into the entresol, they can take in accents of the Woolworth Building's historic plaster moldings and tin ceiling finishes.

Once inside the main office, clients are greeted in the reception area which features Italian tile floors and custom-milled cherry wood working.This space also features a secure tradingarea approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission, private offices, staff workstations, training rooms and conference areas.

In order to renovate this historic retail building for Class A offices, L.R. Costanzo relocated switchgear from the basement, through an occupied space, to the third floo and installed new mechanical systems. New ceiling, wall and floor finishes were also installed throughout the area.

The fast paced nature of this project required L.R.Costanzo to maintain a schedule that was detailed by the hour instead of by the day.L.R. Costanzo's ability to adhere to such astrict schedule allowed them to complete this project in only six weeks as opposed to what would have normally been a six-month renovation.
