LOUIS E. COSTANZO
PRESIDENT
Louis E. Costanzo continues to provide the vision, leadership, integrity and knowledge to his family’s fourth generation company. Leading a thriving organization of over 100 committed employees, Louis E. brings over 20 years of construction industry experience. He began working in the family business and in the field and his passion for the family business is propelling the fourth generation forward. He obtained his bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University, and later his MBA from Cornell, New York. Mr. Costanzo serves on the boards of Lackawanna County Redevelopment Authority, Lackawanna Industrial Fund Enterprise (LIFE) since 2004. He is a past member of Scranton Lackawanna Industrial Building Company (SLIBCO), United Way of Lackawanna County, Lackawanna County Work Force Investment Board and Wayne County Capital Campaign Committee.

NICHOLAS A. COSTANZO
VICE PRESIDENT
Nicholas A. Costanzo joins his family owned business as the fourth generation and leads the company as the Vice President. With over 10 years of expertise Nicholas leads Pre-Construction and the Estimating team. He ensures the estimating team’s ability to accurately and successfully negotiate, price and bid projects. As Vice President Nicholas is the principal representative of the estimating department to new and existing clients for cost consultation in the project development and design stages. Nicholas serves on our LR Costanzo Safety Committee. He obtained his bachelor of Arts Degree in International Language/Business from University of Scranton and later MBA with an Accounting Concentration from University of Scranton, PA.

MATTHEW D. MICHALEK
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
With over 35 years of diverse construction experience, Matthew D. Michalek is a recognized leader within the construction industry. Skilled in implementing quality improvements, strategic plans and new concepts throughout the company, Mr. Michalek is active in all aspects of the company. Not only does he play a direct role in all pre-construction efforts and throughout the critical stages of a project’s development, but he also oversees LR Costanzo’s Lehigh Valley office. A creative strategist, who is aware of the importance of precise scheduling and cost tracking, Mr. Michalek approaches each project with a firm goal of preserving the capital investment of the client. Mr. Michalek, a Johnson College graduate, is a board member of the Executive Forum of Lehigh Valley, former board member and construction chair for Lackawanna County Habitat for Humanity, is active in the community and develops real estate throughout the Northeast.
