HISTORY

“When I think of the decades of tireless work that has gone toward making L.R. Costanzo the respected company that it is today, I can’t help but be proud. What pleases me most is that we’re not just a part of our community…we’re helping to transform it. By building many of the structures that define our region, we’re making sure this area continues to develop and evolve as a wonderful place to live and do business. The great thing is that history is constantly being made…I can only imagine what we’re going to accomplish over the next several decades.”

ANTHONY L. COSTANZO

THE BEGINNING

The L.R. Costanzo Co., Inc. was created by a father/son team of stonemasons during the post-World War II period. Under the name A.F. Costanzo Company, founder Anthony F. Costanzo and his son, Louis R., established an early reputation for quality and dependability that has remained a cornerstone of corporate policy. Through the efforts of several generations, the company greatly expanded its operations by increasing its array of services, widening its client base, and reaching out to new geographical areas.
