PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR

Lehigh Valley Office
Description:
L. R. Costanzo with offices in Northeast and Seeking a motivated candidate to be responsible for activities related to cost and price estimating, job procurement, construction and project management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The preferred individual will solicit and coordinate subcontractor and supplier quotations for labor, material and equipment to meet project specifications and budget requirements; assist with reviewing constructability, alternative designs and products, value engineering and scheduling timeframes. Complete post-bid analysis on unsuccessful bids and monitor cost for awarded projects. Preferred individual will also oversee awarded construction projects to ensure the project is in accordance with design, budget, quality and schedule, monitor project performance, identify issues and report the same to management. Candidates with a robust vendor base following are preferred.
Experience:
Computerized estimating and project management skills and a minimum five years of commercial/industrial estimating experience required. Timberlines on-screen take off experience a plus.
