Our deeply ingrained culture of safety stems from a relentless commitment to protect not only our team, but everyone involved. Our Corporate Safety executives certify that all LRC employees are fully trained and “bought in” to performing top-level construction services, while consistently maintaining a safe work environment. Our Safety Committee has representation from various departments and levels of the organization, visits a different work site each month, reviews safety practices, and makes recommendations for improvements.   • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety at all levels of the organization
  • Involve all LRC employees in safety initiatives by seeking their input, encouraging them to report safety suggestions or concerns, and implementing their suggestions
  • Maintain open lines of communication about safety procedures, policies, and performance
  • Recognize and reward employees for their safety efforts
  • Provide comprehensive safety training and ongoing education
  • Ensure that all managers and supervisors have OSHA 30 certification and all tradesman have at minimum an OSHA 10. This applies to all subcontractors as well
  • Engage in a culture of continuous improvement by regularly assessing safety processes and seeking opportunities to enhance them
  • Promote a non-punitive incident reporting system to encourage employees to report safety concerns, near misses, good catches without fear of reprisal
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and rectify any potential hazards and fill any gaps
  • Investigate all incidents thoroughly to prevent reoccurrences
  • Invest in the development and growth of all employees, as well as promoting from within
  • Communicate safety achievements and successes to reinforce the importance of safety
  • Enforce all safety policies consistently and fairly
