Costanzo Co., Inc. installed new cogeneration equipment within an active hospital serving the greater New Jersey/New York region—requiring careful planning to protect patient care and maintain uninterrupted operations. The scope included selective demolition of existing utility infrastructure, upgrades to structural support systems, and installation of new turbines and boilers to strengthen the hospital’s central plant capabilities. With critical long-lead equipment and outage-sensitive tie-ins, the project demanded disciplined procurement tracking and detailed sequencing to keep essential services online while construction progressed safely and efficiently.
