MTF Biologics Building Expansion

L.R. Costanzo (LRC) integrated this distribution expansion seamlessly into MTF Biologic’s existing production and administrative facility, allowing for centralized on-site shipping and receiving operations. This pre-fabricated metal structure, supported by a slab-on grade foundation, utilized structural steel to accommodate the new mechanical mezzanine’s current load, as well as provided the option for future expansion to increase capacity. The team from LRC built packaging and labeling areas, LYO suite, Inventory tracking systems, administrative and break areas, and a new shipping bay.
