PROJECT
With the new Yankees team season arriving, the owner wanted a fresh look for their skybox located atop their home venue for opening day. L.R. Costanzo was entrusted to complete this project to meet their aggressive deadline. The fast-track renovation would include a new kitchen, ceiling, walling, flooring, as well as unique works, compliments of L.R. Costanzo.

- Fast track schedule was devised by engineers, managers and superintendents
- Expeditious procurement of materials with long lead times
- Constant communication with subcontractors and suppliers
CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
L.R. Costanzo experts coordinated, scheduled and constructed:
- Baseball bat accents hand crafted and designed by our skilled craftsmen. Incorporated the bats into the furniture legs tying the theme into the ball park
- All new cherry millwork with raised panels
- New quarry tile
- Corian backsplashes around kitchen area
- Intricate details with lighting embedded into crown moldings
- Seating incorporated into the knee wall to create extra seats to view the field from the window
- Cherry wood with stainless steel accents, such as the cabinet pulls
- Designed the counter to embed the refrigerator underneath in order to save space
