Project
The team from L.R. Costanzo Construction (LRC) was called upon to renovate six restrooms and a Make-Up room at Northeastern Pennsylvania’s premiere news station. Work included upgraded LED lighting, installed new epoxy flooring, fitted solid-surface countertops, replaced toilet partitions with toilet compartments, enhanced all plumbing fixtures, added new toilet accessories, and painted.

- Maintaining schedule and work execution while working in an active newsroom featuring on-air talent

- Carefully scheduled and executed work in phases, closely coordinating with sub-contractors
Construction Details
- LRC team worked with owner to design spaces in regards to material selection, product, and color selections
- Installed specialized floor-to-ceiling, solid wood paneled toilet compartments to ensure privacy
