Candy brings years of experience as a tradesperson and industry professional. In her role, she ensures that business leaders are aware of LRC’s seven decades of building expertise and works hard to foster strong community ties. She sits on the Executive Board of Johnson College (Scranton, PA). She holds a degree in specialized technology, building construction technology/ architectural drafting and design from Johnson College.
Corporate Safety and Health Manager
Gerald has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry. He is an accomplished, compassionate, safety professional with comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of construction. He holds numerous certifications, including OSHA 510 and 500 and provides strong leadership to the LRC safety-minded team.
Project Controls Manager
Jonathon has worked in the construction industry for nearly 10 years. He is a critical, fast-paced schedule specialist with a sold background in architectural design and building execution. He is a graduate of Marywood University (Scranton, PA) with a 5-year Professional Bachelor of Architecture Degree (B.ARCH).
Office Manager
Nicole possesses a balanced understanding of business management and commercial construction. Her experience utilizes both practical and technical expertise to provide a wide range of operational support for the organization. She attended Penn State pursuing a degree in Business Management and maintains continued education through a blend of certificate and executive programs. She is a member of Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), American Management Association (AMA), and other business organizations and associations.
Estimating Manager
Kevin has over 35 years in the construction industry. Equipped with a strong engineering background, Kevin not only knows how to expertly employ value engineering, but also applies the most appropriate construction methods to complete projects on-time and under budget. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering degree from Penn State University, University Park, PA, and an Associate’s Degree in Science from Johnson College, Scranton, PA.
Project Executive
Charles possesses over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He mentors, leads, directs, and supports Project Managers and Engineers to ensure client goals are exceeded. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA.
Vice President of Operations
With over 40 years of diverse construction experience, Matthew is a recognized leader within the construction industry. Skilled in implementing quality improvements, strategic plans and new concepts, Matthew is active in all aspects of the company. He is a Johnson College (Scranton, PA) graduate and sits on the boards of several community organizations.

Nicholas is a fourth generation Costanzo leader who grew up in the business. He oversees projects ranging from $500,000 office fit-outs to building complexes valued at millions of dollars. Nicholas has a bachelor of arts degree in International Language/Business and an MBA, with an Accounting Concentration, from the University of Scranton, PA.
President
As a fourth generation Costanzo, Louis continues to provide the vision, leadership, and integrity of his predecessors. He holds bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Syracuse University and an MBA from Cornell University, NY. Louis is extremely active in the community and serves on several boards, including the Lackawanna County Redevelopment Authority Lackawanna Industrial Fund Enterprise (LIFE).
